F.\nConsideration to approve Amendment No. 3 to the Contract Services\nAgreement for City Attorney Legal Services with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP. (Jun)\nRecommendation: 1) Approve Amendment No. 3 to the Contract Services\nAgreement for City Attorney Legal Services with Aleshire & Wynder, LLP,\namending the hourly rates for legal services effective July 1, 2025, with annual\nadjustments based on the CPI-U for the Los Angeles-Long Beach-Anaheim by\nthe annual CPI-U or four percent (4%), whichever is less, for the preceding\ntwelve month period measured March to March; and, 2) Authorize the Mayor\nand City Clerk to execute the amendment in a form approved by the City\nAttorney.\nAgenda Report
