AWARD a Construction Contract to Elite Elevator Service for\nProject No. 1720 - Modernization of the City Hall Elevator\nModernization, for a not-to-exceed amount of $137,200.00.\n2. AUTHORIZE the expenditure of construction contingencies in\nthe amount of $20,580.00 (15%) for any unforeseen construction\nwork and other work that may be necessary to complete this\nproject.\n3.
