Consider and approve a Construction Contract with CT&T Concrete Paving, Inc. for the\nSidewalk & Curb Ramp Reconstruction Project (Phase 3), CIP 052 (the “Project”) for a\nnot-to-exceed amount of $469,067.50 which includes a Contract amount of $426,425\nplus a 10% contingency of $42,642.50; and\n2.
