Approval of Right-of-Way Use Agreement with the Gateway Cities Council of Governments\n(GCCOG) for the Installation, Maintenance, and Operation of the Gateway Cities Regional Fiber\nOptic Network within the City’s boundaries (page 73)\nPresented by the Public Works Director\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1.\nApprove the Right-of-Way (ROW) Use Agreement between the City\nand the Gateway Cities Council of Governments for the installation,\nmaintenance, and operation of the Gateway Cities Regional Fiber\nOptic Network on the City’s rights-of-way; and\n2.\nAuthorize the City Manager or designee to administer the Agreement,\nincluding approving finalized plans and any other actions in\nconnection with the Agreement.
