Adopt Resolution No. 2025-016 determining the Public Safety Special Parcel Tax levied for\nFiscal Year (FY) 2025-26, pursuant to Municipal Code Section 3.20.020; and\nB. Approve and authorize the Director of Finance to execute an Agreement for Billing Direct\nAssessments with the County of Los Angeles Auditor-Controller’s Office, in substantially the\nsame form as submitted, for the collection and distribution of the Public Safety Special Parcel\nTax for FY 2025-26.
