Item 100:\nContract Extension with Wittman Enterprises, LLC for Emergency Ambulance\nTransport Billing and Collection Services.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nWittman is compensated at 3.25% of net collections. Providing the most recent data\navailable, the collections amount from March 2024 through February 2025 totaled\n$124,074,810. The projected net collection for FY26 is estimated to be $131.8 million.\nBased on this projection, the FY26 cost for Wittman’s billing and collection services is\nestimated to be $4,283,200.
