D.\n\nApproving and Authorizing Amendment 1 to the Professional Services\nAgreement with Southstar Engineering and Consulting, Inc. for the\nLampson Avenue Bike Lane Gap Closure Project (CIP ST1811) - That the\nCity Council adopt Resolution 7653: 1. Approving Amendment 1 to the\nProfessional Services Agreement with Southstar Engineering and Consulting,\nInc. to provide additional Lampson Avenue Bike Lane Gap Closure\nconstruction management services; and increase compensation for such\nadditional services by $60,000 for a revised total contract not-to-exceed\namount of $170,252; and, 2. Authorizing and directing the Interim City\nManager, or designee, to execute Amendment 1 on behalf of the City.
