Item 57:\nThird Amendment to the Salesforce Software and Services Agreement between the\nCity of San Diego and Carahsoft Technology Corporation.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThis amendment increases the not-to-exceed amount of the original as-needed agreement\nby $12,000,000 to a total of $20,500,000 over the term which expires in November 2029.\nExpenditure of funds for as needed services is contingent upon sufficient funding being\navailable in each participating City department's budget each fiscal year.
