Item 332:\nVista Santo Domingo Rezone and Plan Amendment Project No. PRJ-1110197.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nAll actions related to the original consideration of the project were paid by the applicant\nthrough a deposit account.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: 8.\nProposed Actions:\nA General Plan Amendment and Community Plan Amendment to change the land use\ndesignation from Residential-Medium to Light Industrial and Residential to Industrial\nEmployment, a Rezone to change the zone from RM-2-4 (Residential-Multiple Unit) to\nIL-1-1 (Industrial-Light), and a San Diego Municipal Code Amendment to Chapter 13,\nArticle 2, Division 14 - Community Plan Implementation Overlay Zone (CPIOZ)\nboundary for the Otay Mesa Community Plan to include the project site in the CPIOZ –\nType A boundary. No development is being proposed as part of this project.
