AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE AGREEMENTS TO TRANSFER ADMINISTRATION\nOF THE CITY’S OTHER POST EMPLOYMENT BENEFIT AND PENSION 115 TRUST ACCOUNTS\nCity Council, March 21, 2023 Page 3 of 5\nStaff recommends City Council authorize the City Manager to execute agreements to transfer administration\nof the City’s Other Post Employment Benefit, and Pension Stabilization 115 trust accounts to Shuster\nAdvisory Group, LLC; funds’ assets to Charles Schwab Trust Bank; and Alta Trust company as directed\ntrustee; and any amendments provided there is funding in budget and it is within the City Manager’s signing\nauthority, on behalf of the City, in a form approved by the City Attorney.
