9.I. Amendment to agreement 2314-A with Corporate Coach Charters & Tours and\nincrease the contract amount by $35,000 to provide recreation trips and event shuttle\nservices in Fiscal Year 2025-26\n\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Approving an amendment to the agreement with Corporate Coach Charters & Tours\nto increase the contract amount by $35,000 to provide recreation trips and event\nshuttle services in Fiscal Year 2025-26; and\n2. Taking such additional, related action that may be desirable.\nCEQA (California Environmental Quality Act):\nThe City reviewed the environmental impacts of the extension under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (Public Resources Code §§ 21000, et seq. “CEQA”) and the\nregulations promulgated thereunder (14 Cal. Code of Regs. §§ 15000, et seq., the “CEQA\nGuidelines”). This activity will not result in a direct or reasonably foreseeable indirect\nphysical change in the environment and there is no possibility that it may have a significant\neffect on the environment. Accordingly, no further review is required.
