Waive further reading and adopt an Ordinance amending Title 2 of the Monterey Park\nMunicipal Code (“MPMC”) to dissolve the Design Review Board ("DRB").\nIt is recommended that the City Council consider:\n1. Waiving the second reading and adopting the proposed Ordinance; and\n2. Taking such additional, related, action that may be desirable.
