Adopting the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Operating and Capital\nImprovement Budget and authorizing actions in furtherance thereof; and, 2.\nSetting the Appropriations Limit for Fiscal Year 2025-26; and, 3. Authorizing\nthe use of the Cost Recovery Schedule in Fiscal Year 2025-26.
