Receive staff presentation and report;\n6\nCity Council/Planning Agency Regular Meeting Agenda\nTuesday, June 10, 2025\n2. Introduce for first reading, read by title only, and waive further reading\nof an Ordinance entitled: “An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of\nLaguna Hills adding Chapter 10-84 to the Laguna Hills Municipal Code\nAdopting the Local Responsibility Area Fire Hazard Severity Zones Map\nas Designated by the California Department of Forestry and Fire\nProtection;” and\n3. Direct staff to place the Ordinance on the June 24, 2025, meeting\nagenda for a Public Hearing and second reading, and to publish the\nhearing notice.
