5.1 UPDATES TO APPOINTMENTS OF CITY COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES TO\nOUTSIDE GOVERNMENTAL AGENCIES\nACTION:\n1) Appoint Councilmember Martinez Franco to the following outside\ngovernmental agency boards for the remainder of the 2025 calendar year:\na) Delegate to the Orange County Fire Authority Board of Directors;\nb) Second delegate to the Irvine Liaison and Coordinating Committee (Irvine\nUnified School District) and Irvine Barclay Theatre Operating Company Board\nof Directors; and\nc) Alternate to the Orange County Council of Governments (OCCOG) for the\n2025 calendar year.\n2) Adopt Fair Political Practices Commission Public Official Appointment Form\n806 and direct the City Clerk to post an amended form to the City website to\nreport any change in appointments to the governmental agencies providing\nstipends as determined by the City Council.\n3) Adopt - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF\nIRVINE,\nCALIFORNIA,\nDESIGNATING\nAND\nAPPOINTING\nITS\nREPRESENTATIVE TO THE ORANGE COUNTY FIRE AUTHORITY BOARD\nOF DIRECTORS\n5.1
