9H.\nRESOLUTION ADOPTING THE LIST OF PROJECTS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-2026\nTO BE FUNDED BY SB 1\nThe proposed resolution approves a list of projects to be funded by SB 1, The Road\nRepair and Accountability Act of 2017, for Fiscal Year 2025-2026.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council declare that the project is exempt from the California Environmental\nQuality Act (“CEQA”) under Section 15378(b)(5) of the State CEQA Guidelines\nbecause CEQA applies only to projects which have the potential for causing a\nsignificant effect on the environment. Where it can be seen with certainty that there is\nno possibility that the activity in question may have a significant effect on the\nenvironment, the activity is not subject to CEQA; and\n2. Adopt Resolution No. 2025-16, entitled:\n“A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF STANTON\nADOPTING A LIST OF PROJECTS FOR THE CITY OF STANTON\nFISCAL YEAR 2025-2026 FUNDED BY SB 1: THE ROAD REPAIR AND\nACCOUNTABILITY ACT OF 2017”.
