9N.\nFIRST AMENDMENT TO THE LICENSE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF\nSTANTON AND THE ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPARTMENT FOR THE\nSTANTON SHERIFF STATION\nThe City provides a police station for the Orange County Sheriff’s Department located at\n11100 Cedar Street. The purpose of the lease agreement is to define responsibilities at\nthe station. The proposed first amendment extends the term of the license through\nSeptember 1, 2030.\nRECOMMENDED ACTION:\n1. City Council find that this item is not subject to California Environmental Quality Act\n(“CEQA”) pursuant to Sections 15378(b)(5) (Organizational or administrative activities\nof governments that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes in the\nenvironment); and\n2.
