a.\nPUBLIC HEARING - A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE\nUNIFORM SCHEDULE OF SERVICE FEES AND CHARGES\nRegular\nJune 10, 2025\nSummary:\nFor the upcoming fiscal year, the proposed Fee Schedule maintains the\nmethodology of last year's adopted schedule, with adjustments primarily for the\nConsumer Price Index (CPI) and City operating costs. Prior to adopting new or\nincreased fees, the City Council is required to conduct a public hearing. At the\nconclusion of the public hearing, the City Council shall determine whether to\napprove and adopt the updated Fee Schedule. Staff published the legal notice\nfor this public hearing in the Signal Tribune newspaper pursuant to Government\nCode Section 65091(a)(4). The legal notice appeared in the newspaper on May\n30 and June 6, 2025. Staff also posted the notice in accordance with Signal Hill\nMunicipal Code Section 1.08.010 on May 30, 2025.
