b.\nRegular\nJune 10, 2025\nFOURTH AMENDMENT TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT\nWITH ALL CITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR CROSSING GUARD\nSERVICES\nSummary:\nCrossing guard services are a vital resource to ensure the safety of pedestrians,\nparticularly students and families, near and around all school locations in the\nCity. The City has maintained a long-standing partnership with All City\nManagement Services (ACMS). With the current agreement set to expire on\nJune 30, 2025, staff is proposing a fourth amendment to include an additional\nthree-year agreement with ACMS, for a proposed increase of $362,181 and a\nnew not-to-exceed contract amount of $1,027,866.06, to continue services\nthrough June 30, 2028.\nStrategic Plan Goal(s):\nGoal No. 2\nCommunity Safety: Maintain community safety by supporting\npublic safety services and increasing emergency preparedness.\nRecommendation:\nStaff recommends that the City Council approve the proposed Fourth\nAmendment and authorize the City Manager to execute the proposed\nagreement with All City Management Services for crossing guard services, for a\nterm of three years and a total new not-to-exceed contract amount of\n$1,027,866.06, in a form approved by the City Attorney. If approved by the City\nCouncil, staff would issue a Notice to Proceed and begin coordinating with the\ncontractor to continue services.
