11.f\n1.\nApprove an Assignment Agreement for a Proposition A (Prop A) Local\nReturn Fund Exchange (Attachment 1) with the City of West Hollywood\nreceiving $800,000 of City of Hermosa Beach Prop A Funds in exchange for\n$560,000 of unrestricted funds from the City of West Hollywood; and\n2.\nAdd estimated revenue of $560,000 in Prop A Exchange Funds in the\nGeneral Fund; and\n3.\nAppropriate $800,000 for the fund exchange and release Capital\nImprovement Program (CIP) 102 Bus Stop Improvement Project Budget of\n$500,000 in the Prop A Fund to the Fiscal Year (FY) 2024-25 Budget; and\n4.\nAuthorize the Interim City Manager to execute documents incidental to the\nAgreement.\nLOS ANGELES COUNTY FIRE AND AMBULANCE MONTHLY REPORT FOR\nAPRIL 2025 - 25-CMO-043\nCEQA: Determine that the recommended action is not a project under the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (“CEQA”) or, in the alternative that the project is exempt\nfrom CEQA.\n(Emergency Management Coordinator Maurice Wright)\nRecommended Action:\nStaff recommends City Council receive and file the April 2025 Fire and Ambulance\nmonthly report.
