1. Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 2023-134-CC with Zimmerman Engineering, Inc., for\nEngineering Staff Augmentation Services\nThe City Council will consider: (PW)\na. Approving Amendment No. 3 to Contract No. 2023-134-AC with W.G. Zimmerman\nEngineering, Inc. (“Agreement”) to extend the contract term through June 30, 2026, to continue\nreceiving engineering staffing augmentation services, for an amount not to exceed $170,000; and\nb.
