DEPARTMENTAL REPORTS\nDR-1. PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT\nStaff report recommending the Mayor and Council Members adopt a resolution (1)\nclarifying and conforming previously approved maps, drawings, figures, definitions,\nexhibits and other descriptions of the Inglewood Basketball and Entertainment Center\n(“IBEC”) Project that were created as part of the project approvals over time, so that the\nsame may consistently reflect the ultimate approved site design and configuration; (2)\naccepting reconveyance of the “well replacement site” identified in the IBEC project\napprovals; and (3) authorizing certain actions in furtherance of the IBEC Project, such as\nrecording the project’s Development Agreement with the corrected legal description and\nrecompiling exhibits to the project approvals.\nRecommendation:\n1.
