A. Study Session to review draft analysis, findings, and recommendations of the Santa Monica Blvd\nSafety Study, funded by a Caltrans Sustainable Transportation Planning grant.\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council:\n1. Adopt a finding that this study session is not a “project” subject to the California\nEnvironmental Quality Act (CEQA); and\n2.
