No development or\nconstruction is proposed with this subdivision map (25ENT-0081)\nRecommended Action\nStaff recommends that the City Council take following actions:\n1. Adopt a finding of Statutory Exemption (Approval of Final Subdivision Map) pursuant to\nSection 15268(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act and affirm that the\napproval of the Final Subdivision Map was analyzed in the Final EIR that Council certified\non March 22, 2022, and in the associated Council-adopted a Statement of Overriding\nConsiderations and Mitigation Monitoring Program on March 22, 2022.\n2.
