2.\n\n\n\nApproval of a Power Sales Agreement with the Southern California Public\n\nPower Authority for the Purchase of Renewable Energy for 30 Years (Milford\n\nSolar Phase II) – Burbank Water and Power Department\n\nRecommendation:\n\nApprove the General Manager of Burbank Water and Power, as designee of the\n\nCity Manager, to enter a Power Sales Agreement (PSA) with the Southern\n\nCalifornia Public Power Authority to purchase 13.3% (40 megawatts (MW) out\n\nof 300MW) of the Milford Solar Phase II project at a total cost of approximately\n\n$112 million over 30 years and authorize the General Manager to execute other\n\ndocuments as necessary to implement the PSA.\n\nStaff Report\n\nAttachment 1\n\nAttachment 2\n\nAttachment 3\n\nAttachment 4
