8.\nFY 2024 State Homeland Security Grant Program Funding\nRECOMMENDATION:\nThat the City Council adopts the next Resolution, in order, authorizing the City\nManager or designee to accept and appropriate the FY 2024 State Homeland Security\nGrant funds in the amount of $49,227, and to execute any grant documents and\nagreements necessary for the receipt and use of these funds.
