N.\nAPPROVE NON-EXCLUSIVE OPERATING AND LEASE AGREEMENT NO. 25L118\nWITH WORLDWIDE FLIGHT SERVICES, INC. FOR TERMINAL USE SPACE AT PALM\nSPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATION:\n1. Approve the Airport Non-Exclusive Operating and Lease Agreement No. 25L118 with\nWorldwide Flight Services, Inc. for the lease of 240 square feet of office space at\n$133.04 per square foot per year, effective March 1, 2025 through February 28, 2026,\nwith two (2) one-year options to extend.\n2 Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
