O.\nAPPROVE NON-EXCLUSIVE OPERATING AND LEASE AGREEMENT NO. 25L134\nWITH UNITED SERVICE ORGANIZATIONS, INC. FOR HANGAR AND OFFICE SPACE\nAT PALM SPRINGS INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT\nRECOMMENDATIONS:\n1. Approve the Non-Exclusive Operating and Lease Agreement No. 25L134 with United\nService Organizations, Inc. for the lease of 4,000 square feet of hangar and office\nspace and eight (8) assigned parking spaces adjacent to the Palm Springs\nInternational Airport, effective April 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026, with two (2) oneyear options to extend by the Lessee.\n2 Authorize the City Manager or designee to execute all necessary documents.
