Adoption of the Fiscal Years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Operating and\nCapital Budget and Related Budget Resolutions\nRecommended Action: It is recommended that the City Council: 1) Accept final\nchanges to the proposed budget document identified in Table A; 2) Receive the\nreport on City employee vacancies, recruitment, and retention efforts, pursuant to\nAssembly Bill (AB) 2561 requirements; and 3) Adopt the Resolutions included as\nJune 16, 2025\nAttachments A and C-H as required in order to formally adopt the Fiscal Years\n2025-2026 and 2026-2027 Operating and Capital Budget.\nReference: Clerk’s File No. 202-1
