11.\nAPPROVE AMENDMENT TO ATTACHMENT AGREEMENT WITH THE\nSOUTHERN CALIFORNIA GAS COMPANY The Southern California Gas\nCompany has been deploying advanced metering technology throughout\ntheir service area. On February 7, 2023, the City Council approved an\nAttachment Agreement which allowed installation of one metering device\non a City-owned street light pole. The Southern California Gas Company\nis requesting four additional locations be included in the agreement.\nRecommendation: It is recommended that the City Council approve the\namendment to the Attachment Agreement with the Southern California\nGas Company.\nAgenda Report
