6.\nApprove Master Agreement MA#106-498473 with Haaker Equipment Company, in an annual\namount not to exceed $150,000 with a cumulative amount not to exceed $600,000 plus a 20%\ncontingency per year, for Elgin sweeper parts, Vactor parts, and additional parts and supplies as\nneeded, effective through July 8, 2029; and authorize the Purchasing Agent to execute all\ncontractual documents related to the agreement in accordance with Cooperative Contract MA080-24011317 between the County of Orange Public Works and Haaker Equipment Company.
