10.\nApprove the Second Amendment to Agreement with Falck Mobile Health Corp dba Care\nAmbulance, extending the original agreement for one (1) additional year through June 30, 2026\nfor on-call surge ambulance services; increasing the hourly rate for on-call surge ambulance\nservices from $229.73 to $236.60 per hour; and authorizing the Fire Chief, or designees, to\nexecute the Second Amendment and any related documents.
