9.\nApprove Contract MA# 106-498477 with L.N. Curtis and Sons, in a total cumulative amount not to\nexceed $1,550,000, inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees, for the purchase of firefighting\nequipment and rescue tools with related supplies and accessories for the Anaheim Fire and\nRescue Department, effective through April 4, 2028 with three one-year optional renewals;\napprove initial purchase against the contract in the amount not to exceed $400,000; and\nauthorize the Purchasing Agent to execute all necessary contractual documents related to\ncontract, in accordance with Cooperative Contract No. 020124-LNC between Sourcewell and L.N.\nCurtis and Sons.
