14.\nApprove the Fifth Amendment to the Agreement Regarding Homeless Shelter with The Salvation\nArmy for the continuation of shelter services located at 1455 S. Salvation Place, extending the\nterm of the agreement for one additional year to expire on June 30, 2026; increase the maximum\ncontract to a not to exceed amount of $48,804,000, which includes additional authority of\n$6,768,000 to reimburse The Salvation Army for services rendered from July 1, 2025 to June 30,\n2026; and authorize the City Manager, or designee, to execute the Fifth Amendment, and to\nexecute subsequent amendments or documents necessary for the continuation or administration\nof shelter services, provided they are approved by the City Attorney’s Office and do not increase\nthe total maximum reimbursement amount payable to The Salvation Army.
