Approve Resolution 2025-__, a Resolution of the City Council of the City of Moreno\nValley, California, to approve and confirm the update to the Electric Service Rules,\nFees, and Charges for the Moreno Valley Electric Utility to become effective June 17,\n10\n\n2025; and\n2. Authorize the Public Works Director/City Engineer the authority to make minor\nupdates to the Electric Service Rules, Fees, and Charges for the Moreno Valley\nElectric Utility, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
