I.22\nAUTHORIZATION TO AWARD A PROFESSIONAL CONSULTANT SERVICES\nAGREEMENT FOR THE MORENO VALLEY SUPPLEMENTARY SAFETY\nIMPROVEMENT PLAN, PHASE II PROJECT (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\n(DISTRICT: ALL DISTRICTS)\nAuthorization To Award A Professional Services Agreement By And Between The\nCity Of Moreno Valley And Willdan Engineering For The Moreno Valley\nSupplementary Safety Improvement Plan, Phase II, Project Number 810 0024\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Award an Agreement by and between the City of Moreno Valley and Willdan\nEngineering to provide professional consultant engineering services for the Moreno\nValley Supplementary Safety Improvement Plan, Phase II, Project Number 810 0024,\nfunded by Capital Projects Grants (2301) and Measure A (2001); and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement by and between the City of\nMoreno Valley and Willdan Engineering for professional consultant engineering\nservices in an amount not-to-exceed $668,435 and subject to the approval of the City\nAttorney; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of a Purchase Order for Willdan Engineering in an amount\nnot-to-exceed $668,435; and\n11\n\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent Amendments to the\nAgreement by and between the City of Moreno Valley and Willdan Engineering up to\nthe available budget as previously approved by Council and subject to the approval of\nthe City Attorney.
