I.19\nAUTHORIZATION TO AMEND AGREEMENT FOR HEAVY EQUIPMENT RENTAL\n(REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS) (DISTRICT: ALL DISTRICTS)\nAuthorization To Approve An Amendment To The Agreement By And Between The\nCity Of Moreno Valley And Quinn Company And Use Across Multiple Departments\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve an Amendment to the Agreement By and Between the City of Moreno\nValley and Quinn Company for heavy equipment rentals; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager to execute an Amendment to the Agreement By and\nBetween the City of Moreno Valley and Quinn Company in the amount of $725,000,\nsubject to approval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent amendments to the\nagreement By and Between the City of Moreno Valley and Quinn Company up to the\navailable budget as previously approved by Council and in accordance with the terms\nof the agreement, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
