I.18\nAUTHORIZATION TO AWARD AN AGREEMENT FOR NATIONAL POLLUTANT\nDISCHARGE ELIMINATION SYSTEM CONSULTANT SERVICES FOR THE\nSTORM WATER MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (REPORT OF: PUBLIC WORKS)\n(DISTRICT: ALL DISTRICTS)\nAuthorization To Award An Agreement For Professional Consultant Services With\nCharles Abbott Associates, Inc. For National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System\nAdministrative And Inspection Services For The Storm Water Management Program\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the Agreement for Professional Consultant Services with Charles Abbott\nAssociates, Inc. to provide National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System\nadministrative and inspection services for the Storm Water Management Program in\nan amount not to exceed $353,725 for a term of one-year with a four-year optional\n9\n\nextension for a not to exceed total of $1,954,553.91 over the five-year term; and\n2. Authorize the City Manager or designee, to execute the Agreement for\nProfessional Consultant Services with Charles Abbott Associates, Inc. subject to the\napproval of the City Attorney; and\n3. Authorize the issuance of annual Purchase Orders to Charles Abbott Associates,\nInc. in an amount not to exceed $1,954,553.91 over the entire term of the Agreement,\nincluding any extensions; and\n4. Authorize the City Manager to execute any subsequent extensions and/or\namendments to the Agreement up to the available budget previously approved by\nCouncil, subject to the approval of the City Attorney.
