I.6\nOPIOID SETTLEMENT FUNDS EXPENDITURE PLAN (REPORT OF: CITY\nMANAGER) (DISTRICT: NOT APPLICABLE)\nOpioid Settlement Funds Expenditure Plan\nRecommendation(s)\nThat the City Council:\n1. Approve the Opioid Settlement Funds Expenditure Plan; and\n2. Approve Agreement with Riverside University Health Systems - Behavioral Health\nfor Behavioral Health Crisis Response and Care Coordination - Mobile Crisis\nManagement Team(s) for $1,020,355; and\n3. Authorize Request for Proposal issuance for the identification of gaps in opioid\nmisuse education and prevention programs in the community and for the creation of\nrelated media campaign(s); and\n4. Authorize City Manager or designee to approve subsequent agreements that\neffectuate the Opioid Settlement Funds Expenditure Plan in accordance with\navailable Opioid Settlement Funds and Procurement Procedures 3.09 up to the\navailable budget as previously approved by Council and with concurrence of the City\nAttorney.\n4
