J.\nConsideration to amend the existing Professional Services Agreement with\nMichael Baker International, Inc. for Community Development Block Grant\n(CDBG) administrative services. (Sunwoo)\nRecommendation: 1) Award Amendment No. 7 to the Professional Services\nAgreement (PSA) with Michael Baker International, Inc. for Community\nDevelopment Block Grant (CDBG) administration services in the amount of\n$15,000 to ratify the services provided in FY 2024-25 and in the amount of\n$67,225 for FY 2025-26, thereby changing the PSA amount from $226,546 to\n$308,771 and extending the services to June 30, 2026; and, 2) Authorize the\nMayor to execute the agreement in a form approved by the City Attorney.\nAgenda Report
