(Moya) (15 mins)\nRecommendation: 1) Conduct a public hearing on the FY 2025-26 Budget of\nall City funds, the Five-Year CIP, and IA; 2) If deemed acceptable, adopt\nResolution No. 2025-___, A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE\nCITY OF RANCHO PALOS VERDES APPROVING A BUDGET\nAPPROPRIATION AND ADOPTING THE OPERATING AND CAPITAL\nIMPROVEMENT BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26; 3) Adopt Resolution\nNo. IA 2025-___, A RESOLUTION OF THE RANCHO PALOS VERDES JOINT\nPOWERS IMPROVEMENT AUTHORITY ADOPTING THE OPERATING\nBUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2025-26; and, 4) Affirm a proposed plan to track\nand evaluate spending on the financial status of each landslide-related project\nas part of the 60-day progress report to consider containing spending, if\nwarranted, at approximately $4.5 million, which is 50% of the projected deficit\nspending of $9 million identified in the FY 2025-26 CIP Fund Budget accepted\nby the City Council at its June 3, 2025 meeting.\nAgenda Report
