PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT\nStaff report recommending the Mayor and Council Members approve a Third\nAmendment to Amended and Restated City of Inglewood Parking Facilities and\nShuttle Services Operation and Management Agreement (Agreement No. 20083), exercising the option to renew the current agreement with LAZ Parking\nCalifornia, LLC (LAZ) for one (1) additional year to provide parking and\nshuttle services to and from the City’s Sports and Entertainment District.\nRecommendation:\n1.
