Item 331:\nProposed Fiscal Year 2026 Recreation Center Fund and Opportunity Fund Budgets.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nThe proposed Fiscal Year 2026 Recreation Center Fund and Opportunity Fund budgets\nproject a Fiscal Year 2025 carry-forward balance of $8,705,354, total annual revenue of\n$5,186,521 and expenditures totaling $8,808,102. In addition, this action will authorize\nthe transfer and allocation of $400,000 in Opportunity Fund funds to various RCF funds\nas outlined in the staff report and on the exhibits.
