Item 332:\nAdoption of Resolution of Necessity to Commence Eminent Domain Process to\nAcquire a Permanent Easement and Temporary Construction Area Easement for the\nMurphy Canyon Trunk Sewer Repair/Rehab Project, CIP Project B-17005.\nThis item will be considered in the afternoon session which is scheduled to begin at\n2:00 p.m.\nTotal Estimated Cost of Proposed Action and Funding Source:\nEstimated acquisition cost is $650,000, final amount will be determined either by\ncontinued negotiations with property owner (with consultation with City’s appraisal\nexpert) and/or by order of the court. Funds are available within the existing CIP budget\nand will be funded by the Municipal Sewer Fund.
