This position will be requested as part of the Fiscal\nYear 2024 budget process.\nCouncil District(s) Affected: Citywide.\nProposed Actions:\nAdopt the following Ordinance which was introduced on 3/7/2023, Item 50 (Council\nvoted 8-1, Councilmember Moreno-nay):\n(O-2023-119)\nOrdinance authorizing the exemption of a Program Manager position in the City's\nCompliance Department from the Classified Service, based on advisory review and\nfavorable comment by the Civil Service Commission on December 8, 2022. This position\nwill be responsible for assisting with the City's compliance initiatives and other related\nduties.
