9.\nAN AMENDMENT TO THE MAINTENANCE SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH APPLIANCE\nSOLUTIONS, DBA MR. APPLIANCE FOR MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR SERVICES OF\nAPPLIANCES AT VARIOUS CITY LOCATIONS\nThat the City Council authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to execute Amendment No. 2\nto the Maintenance Services Agreement with Appliance Solutions, LLC, dba Mr. Appliance, of\nRancho Cucamonga, California, for maintenance and repair services of appliances at various\nCity locations in the amount of $85,000 for a total not-to-exceed contract amount of $200,000\nand authorize the option to extend the Agreement for an additional one-year term.
