6.\nA CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT WITH R&R B, INC., DBA SERVPRO OF CHINO/CHINO HILLS,\nCA FOR EMERGENCY ON-CALL BOARD UPS AND ABATEMENTS\nThat the City Council award, approve and authorize the City Manager, or his designee, to\nexecute a three-year construction agreement with R&R B, Inc., DBA Servpro of Chino/Chino\nHills, CA, for a non-to-exceed amount of $100,000 per year and not-to exceed amount of\n$300,000 for the initial term of the agreement, consistent with the approved budget for each\nrespective year.
