barrier navigation centers and Government Code Section 8698.4(a)(4),\ngoverning homeless shelter projects under a shelter crisis declaration;\nand funding allocation, lease, and continued use for a period of\napproximately two years for the 544 Town Avenue ReFresh Spot\nHomeless Service Center, for those experiencing homelessness; and\ndetermination that, the project is statutorily exempt from CEQA under\nPRC Section 21080.10(c) applicable to contracts providing services to\npeople experiencing homelessness; and funding allocation, lease,\nchange in service provider, and continued use for a period of\napproximately one year for the Eagle Rock THV/low barrier navigation\ncenter located at 7570 Figueroa Street, the Bridge Housing/low barrier\nnavigation center located at 1533 Schrader Boulevard, the THV/low\nbarrier navigation center located at 2301 West 3rd Street, the Bridge\nHousing/low barrier navigation center located at 2316 East Imperial\nHighway, the Bridge Housing/low barrier navigation center located at\n310 North Main Street, the Bridge Housing/low barrier navigation\ncenter located at 3248 Riverside Drive, the Bridge Housing/low barrier\nnavigation center located at 828 Eubank Drive, and the THV/low\nbarrier navigation center located adjacent to and north of the Avenue\n60 and Arroyo Drive intersection, for those experiencing\nhomelessness; and determination that the projects are statutorily\nexempt from CEQA under PRC Section 21080.27.5, applicable to low\nbarrier navigation centers and Government Code Section 8698.4(a)(4),\ngoverning homeless shelter projects under a shelter crisis declaration;\nand related matters.
