I\n\nConsideration and possible action to authorize the City Manager to execute\n\nAmendment No. 1 to Agreement File No. 966 for Specifications No. 20/21-01,\n\nin a form approved by the City Attorney, with Elecnor Belco Electric, Inc., for\n\nadditional work for the Lakewood Boulevard Traffic Signal Improvements –\n\nPart 1: Lakewood Boulevard (4) Intersections and consolidate all the\n\napproved change orders related to the contract.\n\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to\n\nexecute Amendment No. 1 to Agreement File No. 966 with Belco for\n\nSpecifications No. 20/21-01, in a form approved by the City Attorney; or\n\n2) Alternatively, discuss and take other action related to this item.
