A\n\nConsideration and possible action to consider a Right-of-Way\n\nUse Agreement with the Gateway Cities Council of Government (“GCCOG”)\n\nfor the installation, maintenance, and operation of the Gateway Cities\n\nRegional Fiber Optic Network with the City of Bellflower.\n\nRecommendation to City Council: 1) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to\n\nexecute the Right-of-Way Use Agreement between the City and the\n\nGateway Cities Council of Governments, in a form approved by the City Attorney;\n\n2) Authorize the City Manager, or designee, to administer the Agreement.\n\nThe City Engineer is authorized to approve finalized plans in accordance with\n\nBellflower Municipal Code (“BMC”) § 3.30.050; or 3) Alternatively, discuss and take\n\nother action related to this item.
